H E Wilkinson (born in 1953) is a modern English poet who received the Chancellor's Medal for Poetry in 1974. In 1975, Wilkinson, along with Charlie Bulbeck and Charles Lambert, found the Blue Room, a society devoted to the propagation of poetry and fine arts.
